Billing Policy

 

Is there a minimum charge for on-site support?

There is a 1-hour minimum per day of service for on-site support. All services after the first hour on that day are billed in 30-minute increments. 

Is there a charge for phone support?

Beginning July 1st, 2006, there will be a charge for phone support.  The fee will be dependent on the time of the call (see standard hours, non-standard hours).  Billing will be in 15 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum.

What are the hours for standard support?

Our hours for standard support are from 7am to 7pm CST Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

What about support during non-standard hours?

Support is available during nights, weekends from 7pm to 7am and on holidays.  Please be aware that these services incur an increased fee compared to the standard service charge. To learn more about current rates please contact us.

What is considered emergency service?

Any on-site service that has not been scheduled at least 24 hours in advance is considered emergency service.  Please be aware that there is an increased fee for emergency services. To learn more about current rates please contact us.

Is there a trip fee?

In some areas there is a trip fee.  The standard trip fee is $25 for locations outside of our coverage area.

Depending on the travel distance, if the work provided once on site is 2 hours or more, then the trip fee is waived.
